Résumé The present Regulation enforces the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions on licences for wheat dealers. Licences are granted by the Soft Wheat Producers Commission for one year and dealers are required to report to the Commission on the amount of regulated product marketed and to provide any other information relating to production and marketing of the product, if the Commission so requires. Service charges, set by the Commission, are collected by dealers and, under section 2, the Commission may in writing require that a dealer produces for the Commission's inspection any record in the possession or under the control of the dealer that relates to the collection of service charges by the dealer.
