For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 31 July 2017. Résumé The present Regulation enforces the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act. In particular, the Regulation establishes an operating Plan for oat producers in Alberta. Section 6 lists the purposes of the afore-mentioned Plan, such as to assist, educate and inform producers, dealers and others in developing and improving methods regarding the production and processing of wheat. Section 7 establishes a Commission with the name“ Alberta Oat Growers Commission”.
