Résumé This Regulation consists 54 sections divided into 4 Parts and it establishes the Alberta Elk Plan. The Regulation also establishes a commission, with the name "Alberta Elk", which is responsible for the governance of the plan. Part 2 of the Regulation is dedicated to the functions and organization of the commission. For the purposes of this Regulation, the territory of Alberta is divided into 7 zones (sect. 37). In each zone, a Chapter is established and is responsible for the administration of the zone (sect. 37); the Regulation contains provisions on the internal structure of the Chapter and on its membership.
