This Regulation consists of 36 sections divided in 3 Parts. It amends and continues, under the name of "Alberta Egg Producers Plan", the Plan already continued under Alberta Regulation 338/91. Among others, the Plan has the purpose, under section 6, to establish quotas for the production and marketing of eggs, to maintain a fair and stabilized price and to ensure a continuous supply of the regulated product. The Plan is administered by the Alberta Egg Producers Board, which is continued under this Regulation. Part 2 is dedicated to the composition, operation and functioning of the Board.
