Résumé The Agricultural Subsidies (Appeals) (Wales) Regulations 2001 set up a system of agricultural appeals for Wales. The present Regulations amend those Regulations by removing the requirement for applicants to give the grounds for their application at stages 1 and 2 of the appeals process. They also extend the period for making such an application at stages 2 and 3 of the process from 30 days to 60 days and introduce an element of flexibility in relation to the address for service of notices.
