Résumé The Ordinance provides for the application of all measures to prevent spreading and infestation of crops by pest, insect or weeds as listed in Schedules I, II, III and IV. The Government shall prohibit the sale or transport of infested crops (art. 3) and shall appoint an Inspector (art. 5) to visit areas where infestation has been reported in order to enforce the application of preventive measures, to limit or avoid infestation and to ensure compliance with the Ordinance (arts. 6 to 8).
