Résumé This Order makes provision for additional amendments to enactments as a consequence of the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 11). It extends provisions of those enactments which applied to agricultural holdings under the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 1991 (c.55) to the types of tenancy of agricultural land created under Part 1 of the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 2003, short limited duration tenancies and limited duration tenancies.
