In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to public funding of infrastructure of recognized agricultural enterprises, and in particular to: a) funding requirements, basis of assessment and amount of funding; b) procedure for obtaining funding. The text consists of 40 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Public funding (II); Organization and enforcement (III); Legal remedies (IV); Transitional and final provisions.
