The Act covers “agricultural linkage operations” i.e. operations which in the opinion of the Board involve the marketing, storing, grading or other pre-processing operation of farm produce or any farm input operation intended to maximize the return to the commercial farmer but does not include any processing operation or facility that is eligible for financial assistance under other acts.
