Notwithstanding the repeal of the Act, provisions of section 10,11,15,16,18,19,35,36,37,42,43,46 and 47 remain in force in respect of any assistance rendered under any provision of that Act before its repeal. For the purposes of the application by the Agricultural Bank of Namibia of the provisions of section 35 of the Agricultural Credit Act, 1966, in terms of subsection (3) of this section, the Agricultural Bank of Namibia shall act in accordance with such conditions as may be determined by the Minister of Agriculture, Water and Rural Development generally, or in respect of a particular case (Amendment of section 23(2)(a)(b)).
