Résumé

This Act concerns the use of certain chemicals in agricultural and livestock production. It provides for the application in the territory of South Australia of the Commonwealth codes. The Act consists of 36 sections and is divided in the following Parts: Preliminary (1); The AGVET code and the AGVET regulations of this jurisdiction (2); Citing the AGVET code and the AGVET regulations of other jurisdictions (3); Publication of AGVET code to the Crown (4); Application of the Commonwealth administrative laws to AGVET code and AGVET regulations of this jurisdiction (5); National registration authority for agricultural and veterinary chemicals (7); Miscellaneous (8); Imposition of fees and taxes (9); Conferral of functions on Commonwealth Director of Public Persecutions (10) and Relationship with other State laws (11).
