The Board shall operate a comprehensive insurance scheme for the benefit of agriculturists with the objective of providing stability to agriculturists and to promoting agricultural production. The Board shall have its own fund known as the Agricultural and Agrarian Insurance Fund. The Minister may make regulations for the purpose of implementing the principles and provisions of this Act (sect. 32).
