Entry into force notes: The present Agreement has entered into force on 7 May 2013.

Résumé: The present Agreement in form of exchange of letters between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste establishes that Germany shall grant financial contributions to the project “Ferry service along the North Coast of Timor-Leste”.
