Résumé This Administrative Regulation deals with the navigation of vessels and their personnel on board. It regulates the passage of vessels into waters in the area of jurisdiction of the Macao Special Administrative Region, hereinafter referred to as the MSAR, as well as matters relating to the management of personnel on board vessels entering waters within the jurisdiction of the MSAR . For the purposes of this Administrative Regulation, waters in the area of jurisdiction of the MSAR shall be defined as the area defined, according to the coordinates determined by the Council of State, by Map of the Administrative Division published in the Notice of the Chief Executive No. 128/2015. The passage of vessels into waters in the area of jurisdiction of the MSAR, with a destination other than this, obeys the navigation rules defined by the maritime authorities. The personnel on board the vessels referred to in the previous number need not deal with entry and exit formalities. Personnel aboard vessels parked in waters in the MSAR area of jurisdiction with the permission of the maritime authorities are required to remain on board vessels or to remain in an area bound by a competent authority until entry formalities are completed.
