Résumé A veterinary clinic is a health-care institution to provide services concerning veterinary medicine, equipped with facilities, and in particular rooms, apparatus and equipment adjusted to the scope of provided services. A veterinary clinic can be created and maintained also for the purpose of teaching and research related to veterinary services. A veterinary service is defined as an activity to preserve, rescue or improve the state of health of animals and their productivity. The present Act is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (sect. 1); Creation and organization of veterinary clinics (sect. 2); Record of veterinary clinics (sect. 3); Principles of veterinary services (sect. 4); Criminal provision, changes in valid provisions, transitional provisions and final provision (sect. 5).
