The State and local governments shall formulate and execute policies necessary for developing tea industry and promoting tea culture. Furthermore, the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs may conduct a survey on the actual conditions of the tea industry in order to establish and implement policies necessary to develop the tea industry and to promote the tea culture.
