Résumé The present Act, which is composed of ten Paragraphs, establishes the system of collection and use of account data from farms. The aims of the system are the following: verification of annual incomes of farms; providing economical analysis of farms and evaluation of the situation of agriculture and agricultural markets. The scope of the collected data includes: general information about the farm, in particular the identity number of the farm; area of arable lands; resources and expenditures of own and hired work; quantity and value of animals in the beginning and in the end of the account year; turnover of animals; costs of agricultural production; components of agricultural possessions; debt; tax; subsidies; turnover of products of plant and animal origin; quantity of granted limits of agricultural production.
