Entry into force notes

This Act shall enter into force within 90 days from publication.

Résumé

This Act regulates penalties to be paid by offenders for environmental, forestry and wildlife illegal activities. It specifies all sanctions against hunting, collecting, trading and all illegal activities related with the aforementioned sectors.
