Section 1 amends the Act on wastes. In particular it amends provisions concerning import, export and transit of wastes and provisions concerning handling of wastes. Section 2 amends the Act on packaging. In particular it amends provisions concerning packaging wastes collection and recovery and register of obliged persons.
