Résumé This Act, which is composed of 15 articles, establishes that unsorted collective wastes, remains from sorting collective wastes and collective sewage wastes must be recycled or neutralized on the area of the province where they were produced. Recycling and neutralization must be performed in proper installations or in areas close to those where they were produced. The Act specifies exceptions in which unsorted collective wastes, remains from sorting collective wastes and collective sewage wastes can be recycled or neutralized on the area of another province. The Act lays down obligations of the creator of wastes originated from a serious breakdown or serious industrial breakdown.
