I p. 2876). In particular, the Act adds, inter alia, article 7a establishing that ship equipment may be installed only if it complies with certain rules; therefore, it empowers the Federal Minister for Traffic, Construction and Urban Development to issue - even without the approval of the Bundesrat - Ordinances concerning ship equipment.
