Entry into force notes

This Act entered into force on 14 February 2013.

Résumé

This Act, which is composed of six articles, lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on management system of greenhouse gas emission and to the Environment Protection Act. In particular, the present Act amends provisions concerning competences of the National centre for balancing and management of emissions, rules of functioning of the system of the National system of green investment, and marketing and management of Kyoto units.
