These requirements are specified for products containing tuna harvested by eastern tropical Pacific Ocean (ETP) large purse seine vessel or by Non-ETP purse seine vessels, for vessel engaged in large-scale driftnet fishing and for (all) other fisheries. the Regulations also concern compliance with the tracking and verification program to accurately document the dolphin-safe condition of tuna, dolphin-safe certification and other control measures. The official mark on labels must allow the consumer to identify the official mark and be similar in design and scale to the figure set out in this Subpart.
