This regulation aims to limit the emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from certain industrial facilities that use organic solvents in their processes. The regulation also requires the reporting of emissions data and the implementation of monitoring and control measures. The text also includes definitions of key terms, such as emission control equipment and solvent consumption. The text consists of 13 Articles and 7 Annexes.
