XVI/39 to accept the application of Turkmenistan to be listed as a developing country for the purposes of the Montreal Protocol, taking into account that the per capita consumption of Annex A and Annex B substances of the Party is below the limits specified under Article 5 of the Montreal Protocol and the Party is classified as a low income country by the World Bank.
