XIV/3: To note that the terms in past Decisions related to “used controlled substances” such as “recovered”, “recycled” and “reclaimed” have not been used uniformly and may be misinterpreted; To urge Parties to be precise from now in the terminology related to “used controlled substances” in future Decisions, and when appropriate, refer specifically to the definitions agreed in Decision IV/24.
