XII/16 that when meetings organized by the Ozone Secretariat and the Multilateral Fund secretariat are organized back-to-back, the two secretariats should coordinate arrangements to the greatest extent possible and, where possible and advantageous to the Parties, should seek to negotiate joint agreements with the hosting venue.
