XI/9: To note with appreciation the work done by the Executive Committee, with the assistance of the Fund Secretariat, in the year 1999; To endorse the selection of Australia, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Sweden and United States of America as members of the Executive Committee representing Parties not operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Protocol, and the selection of Bahamas, Brazil, China, Dominican Republic, India, Tunisia and Uganda as members representing Parties operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5, for one year effective from 1 January 2000; To note the selection of India to act as Chair of the Executive Committee for one year effective from 1 January 2000.
