VIII/8: To endorse the selection of Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Japan, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States of America as members of the Executive Committee representing Parties not operating under Article 5 of the Protocol, and the selection of Antigua and Barbuda, China, Costa Rica, India, Peru, Senegal and Zimbabwe as members representing Parties operating under Article 5, for one year; To endorse the selection of the United Kingdom to act as Chair and of Costa Rica to act as Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee for one year.
