V/20: To request the Technology and Economic Assessment Panel to assess the feasibility and implications of extending the application of trade measures under Article 4 of the Protocol to trade in the controlled substances listed in Group I of Annex C and in Annex E and report through the Secretariat by 30 November 1994 at the latest to the Open-ended Working Group; To request the Open-ended Working Group to make recommendations on the subject, as appropriate, with a view to their consideration by the Seventh Meeting of the Parties, in 1995.
