II/7 to invite the Executive Director to prepare as soon as possible a Montreal Protocol Handbook setting out the Protocol as adjusted, the Protocol as adjusted and amended and the decisions of the Parties that relate to its interpretation and other material relevant to its operation, and to update the Handbook, as necessary, after each meeting of the Parties.
