The Supreme Court accepted the appeal and noted that the Ministry had motivated its decision by the fact that the forestry permit could create some social troubles and did not respect the administrative procedure. However, the Court considered that the Ministry of Environment did not show any evidence of public disorders or of any irregularities within the administrative procedure. As a result, the Supreme Court considered the decision of the Ministry to lack motivation and cancelled it. Texte intégral REQUETE N° 2011-009 REP DU 03 FEVRIER 2011.pdf Site web www.consetat.ci
