Talisman Energy was proposing to build a pipeline through lands used by Prince for trapping, although not on Band lands. Prince argued that the pipeline would impact both his ability to trap, as well as the exercise of his historically protected aboriginal right to trap. The Board denied him standing, and the Court of Appeal agreed, saying that the potential impact was mostly speculative. Texte intégral COU-156906.pdf Site web www.albertacourts.ab.ca
