Each of the two Parties shall therefore accord the right to expropriate the land concerned, if it deems it necessary for the execution, operation and maintenance of the works. Article VI of the Convention establishes the Mixed Supervisory Commission, in charge of the monitoring on the execution and maintenance of the works. In case of arising of any dispute relative to the interpretation or application of this Convention, either Party may submit it to the International Court of Justice.
