Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall be resolved by negotiation or other peaceful means agreed by the parties. This Agreement is subject to ratification. The text of this Agreement is done in duplicate, in the English and Russian languages, each text being equally authentic. This Bilateral Agreement is composed of 6 articles and comprises 1 Annex.
