(Source: UNEP Register of International Treaties and Other Agreements in the Field of the Environment, 2005) Comentario This agreement constitutes an AGREEMENT under the Convention of Migratory Species of Wild Animals ( Bonn Convention). It applies to all European populations of bats occuring in Europe and in the non-European Range States of such populations. It requires Parties to prohibit the deliberate capture, keeping or killing of bats except under a permit from the competent authorities and to identify those sites within areas under their juridiction which are important for the conservation status of bats including their shelter and protection. Parties must protect these sites from damage or disturbance, taking into account as necessary economic and social considerations. They have also the obligation to endeavour to identify and protect important feeding areas for bats. The AGREEMENT provides for periodic meetings of the Parties and for the submission by each Party at such meetings of an up to date report on its implementation Texto completo Inglés Francés Página web www.eurobats.org www.fco.gov.uk treaties.fco.gov.uk País/Territorio/Participante Vista ampliada Mostrar el mapa Países Entrada en vigor Ratification * Fecha de firma simple Albania Jul 22, 2001 Jun 22, 2001 [2] - Alemania Ene 16, 1994 Oct 18, 1993 [3] Dic 5, 1991 Bulgaria Dic 9, 1999 Nov 9, 1999 [2] - Bélgica Jun 13, 2003 May 14, 2003 [1] Dic 4, 1991 Chipre Dic 13, 2012 Nov 13, 2012 [3] - Croacia Sep 7, 2000 Ago 8, 2000 [2] - Dinamarca Feb 5, 1994 Ene 6, 1994 [1] Dic 4, 1991 Eslovaquia Ago 8, 1998 Jul 9, 1998 [2] - Eslovenia Ene 4, 2004 Dic 5, 2003 [2] - Estonia Dic 11, 2004 Nov 11, 2004 [2] - Finlandia Oct 20, 1999 Sep 20, 1999 [2] - Francia Ago 6, 1995 Jul 7, 1995 [3] Dic 10, 1993 Georgia Ago 23, 2002 Jul 25, 2002 [2] - Hungría Jul 22, 1994 Jun 22, 1994 [2] - Irlanda Jul 21, 1995 Jun 21, 1995 [1] Jun 21, 1993 Israel Ene 14, 2015 Dic 15, 2014 [2] - Italia Nov 19, 2006 Oct 20, 2005 [1] - Letonia Ago 31, 2003 Ago 1, 2003 [2] - Lituania Dic 28, 2001 Nov 28, 2001 [2] - Luxemburgo Ene 16, 1994 Oct 29, 1993 [1] Dic 4, 1991 Macedonia del Norte Oct 15, 1999 Sep 15, 1999 [2] - Malta Apr 1, 2001 Mar 2, 2001 [2] - Moldova, República de Mar 4, 2001 Feb 2, 2001 [2] - Montenegro Apr 27, 2011 Mar 28, 2011 [2] - Mónaco Ago 22, 1999 Jul 23, 1999 [2] - Noruega Ene 16, 1994 Feb 3, 1993 [6] - Países Bajos Ene 16, 1994 Mar 17, 1992 [3] Dic 4, 1991 Polonia May 10, 1996 Apr 10, 1996 [2] - Portugal Feb 9, 1996 Ene 10, 1996 [1] Jun 4, 1993 Reino Unido Ene 16, 1994 Sep 9, 1992 [1] Dic 4, 1991 República Checa Mar 26, 1994 Feb 24, 1994 [2] - Rumania Ago 19, 2000 Jul 20, 2000 [2] - San Marino May 9, 2009 Apr 9, 2009 [2] - Serbia Mar 10, 2019 Feb 8, 2019 [2] - Suecia Ene 16, 1994 Mar 4, 1992 [6] - Suiza Ago 26, 2013 Jul 27, 2013 [2] - Ucrania Oct 30, 1999 Sep 30, 1999 [2] - * [1] Fecha de ratificación [2] Fecha de ascención aprobación [3] Fecha de aceptación [4] Fecha de sucesión [5] Consentimiento en obligarse [6] Fecha de firma definitiva reset zoom out zoom in Referencias - Tratados Habilitado por Convención sobre la Conservación de Especies Migratorias de Animales Silvestres Tratado | Multilateral | Bonn | Jun 23, 1979 Palabra clave: Especies migratorias, Institución, Biodiversidad, Ordenación/conservación, Solución de controversias, Protección del hábitat, Conservación del ecosistema, Fauna silvestre, Protecíon de las especies, Zona protegida, Pájaros, Inventarios, Mamíferos, Recopilación de datos/informes, Investigación, Especies animales protegidas, Especies en peligro Fuente: IUCN (ID: TRE-000495) Enmendado porr Amendment to the Agreement on the Conservation of Bats in Europe Tratado | Multilateral | Bristol | Jul 26, 2000 Palabra clave: Mamíferos, Protección del hábitat, Especies en peligro, Especies animales protegidas, Zona protegida, Acuerdo internacional-texto Fuente: IUCN (ID: TRE-001927) Amendment to the Agreement on the conservation of bats in Europe Tratado | Multilateral | Bristol | Jul 18, 1995 Fuente: IUCN (ID: TRE-001928) Otras referencias Decisiones de los tratados 65 decisiones relacionada con este tratado Ver las decisiones Doctrina 1 documento relacionada con este tratado Ver la literatura
