Agreement on plant protection between Hungary and Slovakia

The intention of this Agreement is to develop cooperation in the field of plant quarantine and plant protection. Special regard is given to the prevention of introduction in their countries of pests and the prevention of spread of epidemic, to the harmonization of rules of plant security, to the improvement of scientific cooperation and trade. The Annex shows the list of quarantine pests and the list of economically harmful pests in Slovakia. Implementation of this Agreement in the Republic of Hungary is duty of the Minister of Agriculture.
