Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Germany on mutual assistance in case of natural disasters and big accidents

Соглашение между Правительством Российской Федерации и Правительством Федеративной Республики Германии о взаимной помощи при стихийных бедствиях или крупных авариях

The authorized institutions of the Parties shall cooperate in the following forms: (a) forecasting, prevention and mitigation of the consequences of natural disasters or big accidents by means of exchange of information, organization of conferences and research and development programmes; (b) early warning of the transboundary effects of natural disasters and big accidents (art. 11).
