Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Bulgaria on cooperation in the sphere of nuclear energy

Соглашение между Правительством Российской Федерации и Правительством Республики Болгарии о сотрудничестве в области атомной энергетики

The Parties shall cooperate in the following fields: (a) research related to perspective sources of nuclear energy; (b) projecting and construction of atomic power-plants (APP); (c) improvement of nuclear fuel cycle; (d) improvement of transportation and storage technology of nuclear fuel; (e) early warning system, cooperation and mutual assistance in case of nuclear and radiation disasters; (f) state regulation and supervision over nuclear and radiation safety; (g) registration of nuclear materials (art. 1).
