Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in fuel and energy sector

СОГЛАШЕНИЕ МЕЖДУ КАБИНЕТОМ МИНИСТРОВ РЕСПУБЛИКИ БЕЛАРУСЬ И ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВОМ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВЕ В РАЗВИТИИ ТОПЛИВНО-ЭНЕРГЕТИЧЕСКИХ КОМПЛЕКСОВ

The Parties shall promote cooperation in the following fields: (a) setting up joint-ventures authorized to operate without licences in conformity with intergovernmental protocols (art. 7); (b) mutual consultations in relation to the elaboration of national energy programs (art. 8); (c) joint ecological programs with a view to meet international ecological standards in fuel and energy sector (art. 9); (d) joint exploration and mining of coal, oil and natural gas deposits (art. 10).
