The Board hears a broad array of appeals, including permits decisions and administrative enforcement decisions. This article discusses general procedures applicable to permit appeals and specific procedures for NPDES permit appeals. In addition, the article presents the rules governing administrative enforcement hearings. Finally, the author addresses special rules associated with appeals arising under the Clean Air Act, FIFRA and CERCLA
