Resumen The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Farm Financial Stability Act. Section 3 establishes the Wildlife Damage Compensation Programme is established pursuant to subsection 22(1) of the above-mentioned Act. Section 6 of the present Regulations decrees that a producer is eligible for compensation in accordance with these Regulations for losses to commercial agricultural products resulting from damage caused by wildlife.
