Water and Sanitation Sector - Sectoral Specific Schedules/Guidelines.

These Guidelines are of guidance to institutions for yearly planning in water resources management. They set out the overall policy objectives of the Government for water resources management, (domestic) water supply and sanitation and water for production, the government policies and the legal framework that impact on management of the sector, relevant documents and roles and responsibilities of institutions and communities in water resources management, and procedures to be followed by district and urban authorities in planning.
