Resumen

This Law makes provisions and establish conditions for the collection and clearing for waste recycling purposes in Israel. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) establishes conditions for the gathering of waste for recycling purposes. Section (3) regards duties related to house holders and shop or factory holders. Section (4) provides with maintenance obligations for containers and recycling devices. Section (5) regards duties and prohibitions related to disposal of waste. Section (6) establishes that Waste for recycling purposes that has been disposed in a container or recycling devices become property of installer of container or the device.. Section (7) regards clearing of waste for recycling purposes. Section (8) provides with inspector powers and authorizations. Section (9) deals with offences, penalties and fines. Section (12) makes provisions for the execution of orders and regulations. Section (13) establishes that this law shall incise on the state as well.
