The Board shall advise and make recommendations to the Minister on matters of registration and disciplinary matters. The Act defines qualifications and prescribes the procedure for registration as a veterinary surgeon. The practice of veterinary surgery and medicine shall not include the doing of anything specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Act and not excluded by Part II of that Schedule.
