Entry into force notes
The Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
Resumen

This Notification sets forth the conditions of extraction solvents used in the production of foodstuffs and food ingredients and the maximum residue limits. Provisions of this Notification covers extraction solvents used in the production of foodstuffs and food ingredients. Except the extraction solvents used in the production of food additives, vitamins and food components listed in Annex-1, this Notification does not cover extraction solvents used in the production of other food additives, vitamins and food components. This Notification has been drafted in accordance with Dırectıve 2009/32/EC Of The European Parlıament And Of The Councıl on extraction solvents used in the production of foodstuffs and food ingredients.
