Resumen The present Regulations enact the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act. Section 4 establishes that the Federal Regulations do not apply to prohibit the transportation of hazardous goods in a vehicle operated by or on behalf of the Government of the Northwest Territories having jurisdiction and control of a highway where the vehicle is engaged in: a) collecting from a highway hazardous goods that have been abandoned or spilled; or b) transporting hazardous goods from a highway to a storage or disposal site after an accidental release as defined in section.
