The minister responsible for the area shall issue a regulation for the implementation of this Act in matters where the competence of a Member State for taking decisions arises from corresponding legal acts of the European Union or where the right to issue the regulation arises from this Act. A trade mark is a sign used to distinguish the goods or services of a person from other similar types of goods or services of other persons.
