This information is essential for land and water resources planning, development and management in Bangladesh. The guideline establishes a national standard for quality assurance of the National Water Resources Database (NWRD) and the important steps to be followed data quality checking, detecting inconsistencies and recommend necessary steps for data processing and for comparing with international standard. hydrometric data is about water level, discharge, groundwater, and sediment. Hydrometeorological data is about rainfall and evaporation (temperature, humidity, wind speed and sunshine).
