The Corporation shall maintain a pool of agricultural machinery for the purposes of the sugar industry and hire such machinery to such persons and on such conditions as the Board established under section 6 may determine (sect. 4). This Board, consisting of a mix of representatives of the Government and sugar industry shall also generally manage and control the Corporation.
